At Engenios Mechanica the most important work we do is at the beginning: understanding your needs, your products, and your current manufacturing processes. Together we will form your requirement specification (URS). It is what sets the journey off in the right direction.

From here it will take flight, and you are onboard! But before leaving the runway, our job is to go through the initial phase of the design process, forming concepts, assessing possibilities then making proposals and recommendations for the final design. Depending on the complexity this phase concludes with either a concept or feasibility study report. At this point we will check again that we are on the right path by forming a detailed design specification (FDS).

Once approved we will jet through the detailed design, assembly, and commissioning with meticulous attention to detail; always making sure you are happy along the way. For prototypes machines or new processes, development is sometimes needed. Just like turbulence, as our customer you only need to be aware it can happen. We always get through it and will only be pleased when you are.
